Caspian has been going to see Dr. Golden there for almost three years, I remember the time that I took him to the play yard and he rocked a little too hard on the metal bouncy horse and bumped his front teeth making him bleed and wail in pain. A neighbor I hardly knew gave me a ride on an emergency appointment to the dentist. Afraid his teeth would rot or worse, fall off or worse, damage your adult teeth. Luckily only some bruising occurred and the x-rays performed soothed our worries. Three years later this October is our very last visit to see the jolly dentist, as usual Caspian walked out with a set of balloons, a red “Dr. Golden loves me” sticker and a bag full of goodies like a new toy car, blue dinosaurs, new toothpaste and tooth brush. Never once was going to the dentist for a cleaning an unpleasant experience and Flossy the dentist office’s friendly poodle left both parents and children feeling loved. This day we patiently waited in the fun-filled waiting room while the receptionists prepped his dental x-ray records too take with us on our move to North Carolina, here is where I took advantage to capture a little glimpse of our story today.
